How Bill is compensated

Bill is a structured settlement consultant. He may be paid a commission when a client purchases a structured settlement annuity or related product. If a client takes an entire settlement in cash, he is paid nothing on that case. The book and this site argue for structured payments in some situations; they also state the counter-case and the arithmetic that cuts against that view.

We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except the service providers that host the site and deliver email. Ask Bill to delete your information at any time.
